Saw the bad reviews but app works as intended for me. It takes $2 to verify your card and refunds the $2. I also managed to receive verification as a new user in under a minute. App is a little slow but still usable.

Negative 5 stars!! Doesn't work at ALL. Can't log into it. Will say it sent a verification code, but it NEVER DOES. It's just a terrible app. DON'T USE/DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!
